- Polycarbonate Injection Moulds: Vormenfabriek Tilburg produce both standard and bespoke polycarbonate injection mould designs, for use on very large, automatic chocolate moulding lines, down to small, semi-automatic or manual operations.
- Thermoforming Moulds (follits): Follits are custom moulds that are produced to match the dimensions and specifications of your product, as well as your production methods and equipment set up. Each mould is thermoformed from a durable polycarbonate sheet. The finished moulds have a high impact rate and superb crack propagation resistance.
- Seasonal Moulds: Vormenfabriek offer a selection of custom moulds for seasonal chocolates and confectionery. Made from a tough 0.5 to 1 mm polycarbonate sheet, together with an injection-moulded frame, Vormenfabriek seasonal moulds offer the perfect solution for low volume confectionery, and non-standard product shapes.
- Silicone Rubber Moulds: Silicone/rubber is an effective alternative to polycarbonate for moulds used to produce sticky confectionery, including toffee, fudge, fondant, caramel, boiled sweets, nougat, chewing gum etc. The innate flexibility of Vormenfabriek silicone rubber moulds makes it fast and easy to extract finished products from their mould casings, reducing spoiled/wasted items.
